Greetings friends of Hive and @hunanitas, today I am going to participate in the initiative proposed by this community, where I am going to talk a little bit about the topic concerning leisure.
Cuando hablamos del ocio, nos referimos a las actividades que se desarrollan en el tiempo libre, que no están contempladas en nuestro trabajo y también de las obligaciones dentro del hogar. El ocio permite al trabajador recuperarse del esfuerzo laboral y de esta forma hacer otras cosas que le brindan placer y le permite liberarse del estrés.
When we talk about leisure, we are referring to the activities that are carried out in free time, which are not included in our work and also the obligations within the home. Leisure allows the worker to recover from work effort and in this way do other things that give him pleasure and allows him to free himself from stress
Cabe destacar que en mi país Venezuela, está establecido el derecho a la recreación que guarda relación con el ocio, que es un tiempo de distracción y diversión para el disfrute de las personas que están trabajando. El ocio también está presente en los.miños y jóvenes que estudian en los diferentes niveles de educación y en este tiempo dedican a realizar otra actividades como por ejemplo de entretenimiento
It should be noted that in my country Venezuela, the right to recreation is established, which is related to leisure, which is a time of distraction and fun for the enjoyment of people who are working. Leisure is also present in children and young people who study at different levels of education and during this time they dedicate themselves to other activities such as entertainment.
Es importante destacar que el tiempo de ocio debe ser supervisado por nosotros los padres, porque por ejemplo no podemos dejar a nuestros hijos durante mucho tiempo con un teléfono para navegar por la web, donde existe mucha información que puede perjudicar y estar en riesgo de los peligros de la internet. Igualmente el ocio lo podemos relacionar con las personas que no trabajan y tienen tiempo libre que no generan ningún tipo de ingreso.
It is important to highlight that leisure time must be supervised by us parents, because for example we cannot leave our children with a phone for a long time to surf the web, where there is a lot of information that can harm and put them at risk of dangers of the internet. Likewise, we can relate leisure to people who do not work and have free time that does not generate any type of income.
En la actualidad quiero decirles que tengo en la semana un tiempo de ocio, donde realizó mis caminatas de senderismo, dos o tres veces en la semana, lo cual me permite disfrutar el contacto con la naturaleza y de esta forma libero un poco el estrés, a pesar de que solamente laboro dos días, sin embargo también ayudo en algunas labores dentro del hogar para reducir un poco la carga de trabajo de mi esposa.
Currently I want to tell you that I have free time during the week, where I go hiking two or three times a week, which allows me to enjoy contact with nature and in this way I release a little stress, Although I only work two days, I also help with some tasks at home to reduce my wife's workload a little.
Asimismo, otra de las actividades de ocio que realizó en las noches, es ver una película que me gusta y me entretiene para disfrutar y despejar la mente.Tambien en las tardes llevo a mi hijo a las prácticas de Futsal, esto para mí lo disfruto mucho al ver todos los niños y jóvenes haciendo ejercicios y los movimientos con la pelota.
Likewise, another of the leisure activities that I did at night is watching a movie that I like and entertains me to enjoy and clear my mind. Also in the afternoons I take my son to Futsal practices, I enjoy this a lot to see all the children and young people doing exercises and movements with the ball.
Para finalizar, quiero decirles que el ocio es necesario para que las personas puedan disfrutar y hacer lo que le gusta, en el tiempo que ellos tenga libre y de esta manera se recuperan mentalmente y físicamente del estrés del trabajo y de la vida diaria.
