Homemade onion cream chicken with rice

Heat the pan with butter, sauté the peeled onions, cut into crescents or rings, in the pan until golden brown, add flour if you want the sauce to be creamy, otherwise leave it out. In a measuring cup you now put the vegetables, broth powder and 300ml water, stir it and pour it over the onions, then the cream, I used lactose-free, but you can use normal ones, there is no salt and pepper in the sauce, stir occasionally . The sauce is enough to cover the meat, the size of the casserole dish as in my picture. Rinse the meat and pat dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. I used the casserole dish, lightly greased it and put the meat in it and poured the sauce over it. Now put the casserole dish with the meat and the sauce in the oven at 180°C and let it bake for 45 minutes, the meat was very juicy.
