Banana cake baked for a visitor

Had visitors yesterday, so I baked a banana cake.😍 Banana cake was very well received and was pretty much empty.😊
banana cake
Biscuit base:
4 eggs
4 tablespoons hot water
130g sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
70g flour
70g cornstarch
2 level tsp baking powder
Separate the eggs and beat the yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
Once the egg yolks are really fluffy, stir in the hot water.
Beat the egg white with a pinch of salt until stiff and carefully fold into the egg yolk mixture with a whisk.
Then mix the flour, cornstarch and baking powder and then carefully fold it in.
Pour the biscuit mixture into a 28 springform pan and bake at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
Vanilla cream:
2 sachets of vanilla paradise cream
600g cream
400g sour cream
2 sachets of vanilla sugar
Whip the vanilla paradise cream powder with the cream and the vanilla sugar for 3 minutes. Then stir in the sour cream.
When the biscuit base has cooled, pour the vanilla cream on top. Then cut bananas in half and spread on top.
Dark Cream:
190g cream
190g dark chocolate couverture
15g cocoa powder
Chop the bittersweet couverture and place in a bowl. Sift the cocoa powder and pour it over the chocolate. Then boil the cream and first pour 1/3 of the cream over the chocolate and then stir slowly, then add more of the cream and stir in again and finally stir in the rest of the cream. Stir slowly until the chocolate has melted. Spread the cream over the bananas and smooth out. Place the banana cake in the fridge until the cream has set.
