Back in the gym today after a long day of work. Full of some of the most useful meetings I’ve had since taking the new position.
Just glad our meetings are aren’t pointless…
But in the gym I hit shoulders today. Kept it simple and stuck to my compound movements and a couple reps of flys. Got a little core work in before I got out of there as well.
Good lil workout today though! Can’t wait to do it again… 💪🏾
