The International Criminal Court - US sanctions against it are just the beginning ...

It is a basic principle of international law that treaties only bind those nation states which sign and ratify them.
The International Criminal Court (ICC) is entirely a creature of treaty, yet is attempting to investigate and threaten soldiers of states that have not signed the ICC treaty and have opposed the very existence of the ICC.

The US has started to push back much more strongly against this globalist over-reach, threatening sanctions against the ICC and its personnel.

However if the ICC does not pull its head in, it is liable to have it literally chopped off!

There is a fundamental problem and lethal risk with the ICC seeking to investigate or prosecute the soldiers of states which are not parties to the ICC treaty (such as the US, Russia, China & Israel) in relation to conflicts which are still active.

By doing so the ICC allies itself with enemies of the non-state party and, if it makes any threat to their soldiers, conducts an Act of War against the non-state party!
The non-state party whose soldiers are threatened would be perfectly justified in declaring war against the ICC and using lethal force against all persons assisting it.

Seeing as the states with most powerful militaries on earth (US, Russia, China and Israel) are not parties to the ICC Treaty, the ICC is going down a very dangerous and foolish path!

As a lawyer, I don't wish to see other lawyer's killed for their arrogance and foolishness so would advise all lawyers involved with the ICC to immediately cease their involvement in any cases involving soldiers of states which have not signed the ICC Treaty.
