Cuando hablamos de derecho, podemos hacerlo desde dos visiones, las cuales compartiré de forma textual para que puedan apreciar la diferencia y al mismo tiempo la relación entre ambas.
… el conjunto de normas y principios con los que una sociedad determinada elige regir su vida social, para intentar alcanzar los ideales de justicia, orden y equidad…
Y, por otro lado, la ciencia social que se dedica al estudio, la interpretación y el ordenamiento del anterior conjunto de normas y principios, en contacto con otras disciplinas como la política, la economía, la sociología, la historia y la filosofía.
Ahora bien, dedicaré estas líneas a mis experiencias y opiniones relativas a la primera visión o concepto.

Es impresionante ver el gran número de personas que se deciden a estudiar derecho para luego ser abogados. Lo hacen por tener un anhelo de justicia, creyendo erróneamente que siempre se hace justicia, o visto es desde la óptica de las películas infantiles, donde el bien siempre triunfa. Así como también existen aquellos que lo hacen para obtener o sentir que han ganado cierto estatus social tras lograr obtener el título.
Por otra parte, algo que fui aprendiendo a medida que estudiaba y luego en la práctica es que aunque existen procesos para regular muchas situaciones y procesos, ya sean civiles, laborales, mercantiles o penales no siempre se logra el resultado esperado muchas veces por desconocimiento de los pasos a seguir o por no cumplir los requisitos.
El derecho busca el regular o mejor dicho normar cada aspecto de la vida en sociedad, como por ejemplo lo hacen las leyes de tránsito que indican en cada país cuáles son las normas a seguir para poder conducir, como obtener una licencia, para la cual a su vez se deben cumplir con ciertos requisitos como aprobar una prueba o tener determinada edad, entre otros.

Así que básicamente estamos ante un conjunto de leyes que pretende regir, normar, guiar, la conducta de los ciudadanos dentro de los diferentes ámbitos de la vida con el propósito de evitar la anarquía total o la ley del más fuerte y por ello digo pretende, porque si existiendo las leyes no faltan los infractores y abusadores, imaginemos un mundo postapocalíptico como los que nos plantean en algunas series o películas.
Ahora como aboga hay cosas que amo y otras que no, por ejemplo, amo el poder apoyar a alguien orientándolo o asintiéndolo en los pasos a seguir para un trámite legal, o el haber podido conocer algunos estados de mi país al viajar como representante del instituto, el poder leer leyes y no quedarme sin comprender nada, aunque aquí hay que reconocer que se trata también del interés que tenga una persona en investigar conceptos si tiene ante ella una palabra que desconozca.
También amo el que luego de comenzar mis estudios me vi obligada a mejorar mucho más mi redacción porque, aunque existen diversidad de modelos para documentos legales, también podemos redactar otro tipo de documentos o informes de manera más informal.

Por otra parte, también puedo decir que hay algunos matices que me disgustan, no del derecho como tal, más bien de las personas que tienen un concepto errado, creyendo que todos los abogados o los que trabajamos en torno a las leyes tenemos que conocer todas las leyes que se manejen en nuestro país.
En resumen, el derecho es una herramienta de la sociedad que existe con el propósito de regular la vida en la sociedad. Así termina mi cuarta participación en el Monthly Prompt Iniciativa: Temas para cada día (Junio) y aprovecho estas últimas líneas para invitar a participar a mi amiga @cielitorojo.

Now, I will dedicate these lines to my experiences and opinions concerning the first vision or concept.
It is impressive to see the large number of people who decide to study law to later become lawyers. They do it because they have a yearning for justice, erroneously believing that justice is always done, or seen from the point of view of children's movies, where good always triumphs. Just as there are those who do it to obtain or feel that they have gained a certain social status after achieving the title.
On the other hand, something that I learned as I studied and then in practice is that although there are processes to regulate many situations and processes, whether civil, labor, commercial or criminal, the expected result is not always achieved, often due to ignorance of the steps to follow or for not meeting the requirements.
The law seeks to regulate or rather to regulate every aspect of life in society, as for example the traffic laws that indicate in each country what are the rules to follow in order to drive, how to obtain a license, for which in turn must meet certain requirements such as passing a test or have a certain age, among others.
So basically we are facing a set of laws that aims to govern, regulate, guide, the conduct of citizens within the different areas of life in order to avoid total anarchy or the law of the strongest and so I say intended, because if there are laws there is no shortage of violators and abusers, imagine a post-apocalyptic world like those that we pose in some series or movies.
Now as a lawyer there are things that I love and others that I do not, for example, I love being able to support someone by guiding or assisting them in the steps to follow for a legal procedure, or having been able to know some states of my country when traveling as a representative of the institute, being able to read laws and not remain without understanding anything, although here we must recognize that it is also about the interest of a person to investigate concepts if they have before them a word that they do not know.
I also love the fact that after starting my studies I was forced to improve my writing skills because, although there are a variety of models for legal documents, we can also write other types of documents or reports in a more informal way.
On the other hand, I can also say that there are some nuances that I dislike, not about the law as such, but about people who have a wrong concept, believing that all lawyers or those who work in law have to know all the laws that are handled in our country.
