And the winner is...

Let's start off with some Three Tune Tuesday news. We have another sponsor in @blackdaisyft, who has generously joined @blanchy as a Three Tune Tuesday sponsor, so now the winner will receive not 1, not 2, but 3 shares of HBI in the prize fund which is great news for everybody. Thanks a million folks

Welcome welcome Three Tune Tuesday readers and contributors, it is that time of the week when I give out the prize for the week, that being three shares SBI. Better than the shares in SBI though is the Title of Three Tune Tuner of the week, a title that is worn with pride.

Right, Ok, now for the benefit of new readers, every Tuesday I pick three songs, sometimes all three from the same artist, sometimes three tunes from a particular genre, other times three songs from a certain country - you get the idea. I've always asked others to get involved and over the past few weeks, that is exactly what's happened and we now have some ThreeTune regulars which is fantastic! The ask is to basically choose three songs to share. You can sing them or hum them or just pick three from an artist you love like I do, which is what most people do each week.

Here is a link to last week's post - at the end I said that I would pick someone who shared some decent tunes and give them a share in Hive basic income courtesy of me. Once again, we had some top class entries and new songs for our collective ears, which is class.

Here is this week's as well, sure I may as well give it a shameless plug!

Huge thanks to this week's ThreeTuneTuesday devotees in no particular order @por500bolos @coquicoin @tengolotodo @princessbusayo @blanchy @sagesigma @blackdaisyft @merit.ahama @celticheartbeat and @wwwiebe for taking time to share their tunes with our community here on Hive.

That's 11 including myself which is double figures again!

So, what's up for grabs?

Hive Basic Income.

Hive Basic what now?

Let me explain.....

Hive Basic Income

Again for the benefit of new readers, are you new to Hive? Are you struggling to get support on those first posts of yours? Have you come back to Hive recently and are struggling in a similar fashion? If so, I would advise you to keep an eye out for competitions that offer you Hive Basic Income shares. These give you guaranteed upvotes from @steembasicincome, @sbi1, @sbi2, @sbi3, @sbi4, @sbi5, @sbi6, @sbi7, @sbi8, @sbi9 etc and the more shares that you have the higher their upvotes. Simples...

It is a win win situation too for the person sharing the shares, as the person sharing them also gets a share of HBI for each one they share with someone else - what's not to like about this model. You get rewarded for being kind to someone else, in fact it is like a microcosm of what the Hive blockchain actually is from a curation perspective too.

The Tunes

Right so, speaking of tunes, let's get down to it.

If you are a regular here on Three Tune Tuesday, you will know by now that @por500bolos knows his music inside out and outside in, but did you know in his youth a few short years ago he was making and producing music across multiple genres and this week in a Three Tune Tuesday exclusive he shares three dance/electronic songs with us and I for one can imagine myself dancing to these at a club. Great work man.

@coquicoin brings us music from famous New York band The Strokes and it is new music only released in 2020 and I must say I really like it, she got the idea from her son and it is perfectly fitting as she was visiting New York City herself, so a New York Band makes perfect sense.

@tengolotodo shares three powerful Jamaican women one of whom says ""Music gives us direction, a cure for our heart and a gateway to the divine. My passion is to share this with the world." Amen to that. This was a great trio of tunes and all new to me too which was an added bonus.

@princessbusayo joins us for the first time this week, so a huge TTT welcome to her, she shares some gospel music with us and I must admit that it is not a genre that I typically listen to, but I respect it and I loved the message, tempo and uplifting feelings I took from her first song this week

@blanchy reminisces about some of the best Summers of his life back when he was knee high to a grasshopper, Summers he spent in Germany. In typical blanchy fashion he befriended a randomer in a bar. Blanchy will befriend 98% of strangers with any level of soundness inside 2.76 seconds. Well it turns out this stranger was a rock dude in Germany and the song below is about the mad night himself and Blanchy had - some craic!

@sagesigma aint shoe gazing this week, no sir, we have some quality punk coming our way courtesy of the man from Wisconsin. As usual I really enjoyed the trio throwback from years of yesteryear with the Damned, the Buzzcocks and the Undertones all getting a whirl and the Undertones tune shared is a big favorite of mine.

@blackdaisyft brings us Raia this week, with a little help from our musical encyclopedia and TTT friend @por500bolos and they were well worth finding. In the song below they are joined by the 1993, 1996, 2003, 2009, 2012 and 2019 colouring in champion of the world (ha ha ha) It really does look like she is colouring in, but joking side I recommend you check Raia out and do the breathing exercises too to really connect with the music, which is all instrumental.

@merit.ahama shares a story from her youth when she had to sing on front of a crowd and one negative voice got in her head, but she overcame it and now has some go to somgs when she feels down and shares them with us this week.

@celticheartbeat joins us again this week which I was thrilled about. His absence was not because he does not like TTT, but rather that it is difficult to come up with three songs per week, when you are actually singing them yourself! This week he sings one and shares two from others. Hats off man, it's our pleasure to have you here any time you can.

@wwwiebe brings us another trio of treats for the ears. Do you want to transport your ears back to the 1920s and get a feel for the music that was getting played on Gramophones back then? Well step on up my friend and make your way across to @wwwiebe posts on music and you are in for a treat.

Right, grab your headphones - Here is a flavour of this week's tunes.

Honurable mentions this week go to @blackdaisyft @celticheartbeat and @tengolotodo, but we can only have one winner and this week it is all about @por500bolos who brought us a #ttt first with three songs from his youth. Not only that he also helped daisy to unearth Raia. He takes the prize and is the Three Tune Tuner of the week and recipient of 3 shares of SBI. Thanks again to @blanchy and @blackdaisyft for sponsoring the tunes and matching my 1 share of HBI.
