You can live a happy life if you choose to!

One thing I notice when I first joined SteemIt last month was the amount of positivity that was being promoted! JUST WOW!

I absolutely love it and I plan to promote as much positivity as possible over the next few years!

Let's look at 4 simple ways of how we can build positive habits and a positive environment around us.

** 1. Prepare your environment **
The environment we try to build new habits in has a huge effect on how successful we are. When we say environment this can mean many things such as the people we spend time with or the messages we tell ourselves.
ā€¢ Hang out with people who have excellent habits.
ā€¢ join a community of people online or offline who are willing to support you!
ā€¢ read books and watch videos that inspire you towards your Good habits.
ā€¢ set daily reminders on your phone of all the habits you are trying to create.

** 2. Start Small & Scale Up **
Start habits so small that it would be impossible to say no. If you start out really small, you will feel crazy for not doing it which basically forces you to do it lol. Doing the actual habit is much more important then how much you do.

** 3. Take note of 1 positive moment daily **
Noticing the good positive things that happen in your life is proven to help you in thinking positive.

Try this for 1 week. Write down or share with a friend or family members, things you are grateful for every night. You will see a huge difference in your attitude towards life.

** 4. Meditate for a few moments daily**
Meditation is so peaceful for the mind & the body if you relax your mind and body completely. Meditation can help you in peaceful & mindful positive thoughts of practices regularly.

Try this for 1 month... Close your eyes for 2 minutes a day and think positive thoughts, think about the positive things in your life, think about the positive things you want to achieve.

If you implement these 4 things into your daily life, positivity will be flowing to such an extent that people will be able to sense it from a mile off!!! Lol
