Somehow most of my time I manage to be surrounded by extroverts. And for a long time I didn't even understand why I always felt massively exhausted after interacting with people the whole day.
Society taught me that it's wrong to be an introvert, which is kind of ironic because it's not a decision you make. I dislike how a lot of people expect you to be someone you're not. And as we grow up we carry those heavy bags with us questioning ourselves just because some people judged us in the past.
It's ok to be you and we need to learn to take better care of ourselves because the most important person in your life is you.
