If you know people who send you such mails or get your mind towards pornography, block such people. If you can’t, at least tell them that you’re over it and don’t want to be indulged in such activities.

As they say, an empty mind is the home of the devil. Fill your time with all sorts of healthy activities. When busy otherwise you’ll never have time for porn or you’ll begin to enjoy those activities more than you do with porn. Loneliness and boredom can be considered as a trigger to set one’s mind on porn.

Make yourself accountable. We told you in the beginning to find a confidante. Well you must promise yourself that you would not lie, at least never to this person. You’d tell him honestly if you have or have not watched porn recently after your attempt to quit. Being accountable also increases the responsibility in your heart towards the cause.
