The Municipality of bareyo, which is awarded to ‘Area of Work SL’ the installation of the cover on the paddle tennis courts of Garlic.
The Municipality of bareyo, which has awarded the company pontevedresa ‘Area of Work – Or Rose Society Limited’ the construction and installation of the deck at the paddle tennis courts of Garlic.
Four companies were presented to the public contest convened by the consistory: ‘José Luis Mardarase Children SL’, ‘Associated Technical Mining Industrial SA’ and ‘Cannor SL’, in addition to the winning company.
A jury composed of Jose de la Hoz (mayor), Ricardo Fernandez (technical municipal planning), Andrés Gutiérrez (municipal secretary) and Natividad Perez (clerk municipal) was commissioned to assess the tenders submitted, taking into account two criteria for the award: the lowest price and the longest possible life of the warranty period after the delivery of the work.
‘Area of work – Or Rose SL’ was the second lowest bid of the four, and offered the longest period of warranty, 60 months, for what proved the winning of the tender and the successful bidder of this contract that achieves the 97.411 €, VAT included.
The works will begin imminently and have an execution period of three months. It will be a cover of 548 m2, broken down in two pieces with a gutter and a lattice girder to prevent the support between the tracks and get a volume more discreet and integrated into the environment.
To the closing edge will make use of a wall textile, while to provide natural lighting will be introduced to several bands of polycarbonate translucent cover.
The Municipality of bareyo, which drives this performance with the objective “to protect from the weather” the tracks of padel and Garlic “as well to extend the periods of use of the facility, very requested for being the only one in the area and be very close to the city centre”.
