What has happened to SNL? I knew that they slanted to the left, but what the hell? They are the democratic liberal party. I don't think any of us have a problem with taking jabs at politicians, but this is on another level. I was a big fan of SNL since the beginning. back then the cast was edgy and rebellious against "The Man" and that meant all the authoritative figures not just one side. Now they are all puppets for the democratic party and most of the show is bashing the President. I think most of us turn to these types of shows to laugh and escape all the political bullshit and I think most of us were so glad when the election ended so we didn't have to look at those faces anymore and hear all of the squawking from the right and left. It is obvious that the networks are nothing but a mouth piece for one side and they are so devastated by the out come of the election, they're priority and obligation is to destroy this President. Seth Meyers dedicates a very large portion of his show to this propaganda. Jimmy Fallon appears to be getting pressure to jump in and do the same. I think Fallon will resist a bit longer, but he will soon have no choice. These agendas have changed the face of television forever. Most people I know are all turning away from the networks to to alternative form of entertainment and information. Man SNL was quite a great show in its day.
