We decide to park between the white lines in parking lot space. Just as we allow a court to shackle us with a never ending multitude of made up phrases. I wonder since we had the power to imagine this vast system into creation if we have the power to imagine that it is not real?
Why is BitCoin So Great
Humans have a hell of a time pushing their ideals on it
BitCoin has inalienable rights in it's structure and they were given to BitCoin by the physical laws of the universe. The rights are untouchable and no matter how powerful an individual or group of individuals may try, they can't takes those rights. The same cannot be said for American Justice.

So What Does this Mean?
Let's attempt to remake justice in the image of BitCoin
So what do I mean by in the image of BitCoin? I mean to create a system that can not allow manipulation, because the system would be based on physical laws. Understanding that people are the problem in the justice system and therefore must be removed from the process of Justice.
Lady Justice is a statue of a blind lady with balancing scales. Can you name one human that is not bias? Of course you can't, the idea of a judge and jury sounds great, but is it really? The idea of hundreds of representatives from all across the country creating and removing laws sounds great, but is it really? Are these only great ideas, because they were the best bad solutions we could think of at the time?
Where Do We Start?
The real question might be are we capable of starting?

If people are the problem then we have a couple choices moving forward.
- Eliminate people from the Justice process entirely
- Reduce as many variables of people from the process as possible
Personally I like the second option, because I don't think we are ready for the first option. In fact the first option scares the hell out of me and I wrote it.
Let's identify some of these variables
- A person's income differs; (wealth, poor)
- A person's societal image / Charisma differs; (culture, deeds, standing with majority)
- A person's genetics differ; (gender, ethnicity, mental capacity)
- A person's experiences; (human effect)

Let's identify where these variables can cause manipulation
- Lawyers one can or cannot hire
- Level of positive or negative bias applicable from Prosecutor, Jury and Judge
- This one is difficult, because in today's culture gender, ethnicity and mental capacity have become interrelated with societal bias. So we can look at this variable in a similar way as Societal Image
- Personal experiences is extremely broad and results in a large amount of unperceived biases
Options to Reduce or Eliminate Variables
and get Lady Justice looking like she should

1. Lawyers cannot be hired for Criminal Law
- Focused 2 to 4 year education course at low cost for Criminal Law only; and cost would be fully recoverable if working for the government as a defense attorney for 4 to 8 years
- Assignment of Defense Attorney is indiscriminately chosen at random by the court with a randomized untouchable process
2. and 3. The actual person on trial is unknown to all parties
- Throw the use of technology all interactions with the defendant will be masked from the Defense attorney, Prosecutor, Judge and Jury
- Mental capacity is not an exception for the "Guilty or Innocent" portion of the trial, however, during sentencing that fact will be allow and conveyed to the Judge
4. Personal experience bias
- Jury selection will be allowed only to eliminate bias, not to include bias. The crime at hand will be queried against all the jury members and their family/friends history. If any similarities are found they will be eliminated.
- Plea deals will no longer be allowed, all criminal sentencing will be at the discretion of the jury and judge within the define laws boundaries. However, those that plead guilty will be paid up to a 10% reduction in sentencing time at the discretion of the jury and judge.
