I have to admit that these articles are a little dated, and that they were written well before the Trump campaign existed. These two articles were written during the Obama administration so my tone might seem a little on the chicken little side of things. That being said, the deep state is still alive and kicking and we can't always assume that Trump is going to do 100% of things right, so the threat is still very real. I used the Matrix and Ayn Rand's Atlas Shrugged to illustrate some of the things that we are seeing as a society, and as a country. I hope can read these two pieces with an open mind regardless your political leanings. There is a part 1 and part 2 given the length.
