Trainer's Toolkit 2024 News Reveal Featuring Squawkabilly ex Promo Card

Hi there. In this Pokemon TCG post I cover the Trainer's Toolkit 2024 product reveal. News source from Pokebeach.com.

This product releases in October 2024 which is later than the previous two year releases in the Summer months (July & August).

I write this in early August 2024.

My Predicted Cards In Toolkit

I think most of the cards in this Toolkit will be from the G regulation mark with some H cards.

I could be wrong on some of the predicted cards but let's see over time what the cards are.

Worth Getting?

In the kit you do get 4 booster packs. It is unknown which sets the packs are from. Typically one pack goes for 5 CAD in the Toronto area. Four packs would be worth 20 CAD. The rest of the cards and accessories would be 15 to 20 CAD worth.

If the toolkit has cards like Earthen Vessel, Arven and Buddy Buddy Poffin then that is good. One copy of Earthen Vessel in July/August is around 3 CAD each, one copy of Arven is around 2 to 3 CAD each and one copy of Buddy Buddy Poffin is around 3 CAD each. Getting those 6 cards would be around 16 CAD to 18 CAD market price. The competitive scene drives up the price of these modern staple cards.

One Squawkabilly ex is around 1 to 2 CAD each.

Most Trainer cards are around 50 cents (CAD) each in the Toronto area. If you get 40 or so Trainer cards then that is at least 20 CAD worth of cards.

Overall I think this product is worth getting if you need certain trainer cards for your deck(s). If you have everything you need then this product is a skip.
