Why do you want to earn Easter,
when you're without the Calvary ?
Why lead the congregation in prayer,
when the virtue of congregation is lost in you?
Why do you seek forgiveness,
when you find it hard to forgive others ?
Why do you pretend to be righteous,
when your hair is that of a snake and your heart full of it venom?
Why cast out the devil when he isn't around,
when all you do is panic when he appears?
Why call us leaders of tomorrow,
when tomorrow isn't forthcoming as it get rotten in the classrooms?
Why clamour for the voice of the majority,
when the majority is least of being major ?
Why sing the song of serving the people,
when it's just a veil to please your long salivating throat ?
Why anticipating the harvest of peace and unity,
when you sow the seed of chaos and division ?
Why do you recite the national anthem,
when you are not patriotic ?
Why do you make the pledge of love;for better for worse,
when you're immature to love ?
Why curse and blame the society for your failure,
when your dreams are only nourished in the dreams?
Why are you in a wild goose race for the worldly things,
when all you is one meter by two centimeter ?
Why do you read this and others like it,
when all you think it worth is a minute silence?
Maybe it's because I'm in a small corner of the world,finding answers lost beneath the thousand twinkling stars
when all I await is praises for at least asking and caring less about the answers....
