I'm not sorry for putting you in my poems
there are still words I haven't said
the only thing I won't forgive myself
is the fact that I haven't said all of them
when you become an inspiration
you can't get out of that place
you got yourself in this situation
so it can't be a disgrace
from words like "I need you back"
to words like "stay right where you at"
from thinking you were my cure
to realizing you were just one more tool
when you read my words,
laughed because you felt used
