Geduld
Wie ein Löwe auf der Lauer
Sitze ich und warte auf dich
Bei Wind und Wetter, kalten Schauer
Warte ich sehr geduldig
Stunde um Stunde
Tag ein Tag aus
Ziehen meine Gedanken ihre Runde
Manchmal raste ich fast aus
Doch dann flüstert mir der Wind ins Ohr
Und ich lausche aufmerksam
Das mein Blut in den Adern gefror’
Und mein Atem wird langsam
Doch mit dem Herz eines Löwen
Und den Mut von 1000 Samurais
Trotze ich dem Bösen
Und das mit Mut, Tapferkeit und Liebe als Preis.

patience
Like a lion awakening
I am sitting and waiting
for you
No matter if wind or rain,
cold showers can’t feel me ashame
I wait with patience
Hour after hour
Day by Day
My thoughts are pulling their rounds
Sometimes It seems I freak out
But then the wind whispers a secret in my ear
And I listen attentively
That froze my blood in the veins'
And my breath is getting slower and slower
But with the heart of a lion
And the courage of 1000 samurai
I defy evil
And courage, bravery and love is the prize.
