All of us,
each and every one,
are broken,

but some,
they are
broken beautifully,

the light refracts
from their shards,
exacting sharp shadows,

a perfect contrast
to the ugliness
of this world.

Could it be the things
they give to us
are even more valuable
than what they
wish to steal away?

Ponder this, as
you stare into a sky
you’ve never seen before

let what you feel
reverberate within you
for the rest of your life
and change you...
now and forever.
