He never speaks his mind,
He doesn't profess his love, "she can do that if she truly loves me for who I am",
Half of what he says he doesn't mean, the other half is split into two, half of that is sarcasm and the other half is a piece of his mind,
He's writing this and thinking of how to make the lines rhyme,

He was just pulling your legs, he fears you'll take it serious - so he's sorry,
He resolved to no more running when he's scared, for fear of being laughed at,
He agrees he's not patient but he can assure you he's more relaxed than those in a hurry,
He claims to have moved on but he still houses her in his heart,

He argues that running is not a kind of victory, it's just a way to hide from losing,
He's hurting deeply but can't speak out, for fear of criticism,
He sets an alarm for 7pm to go for a party and when it goes off, he's snoozing,
He thinks being unhappy and alone qualifies him for pessimism,

His life is so messed, he wish it could follow the rhythm do, re, mi!
Funny thing is he is me!
