There is a Jewel that God gives to Man
It's not adorned as a necklace or worn on ones hand.
The Master Craftsman picks out this rough stone
With much love, cleans it up and calls it His own.
With gentle touches and an eye so true
The stone is chiseled and polished to a bright shinning hue.
No onyx or sapphire will ever compare
with how this Jewel now sparkles and shines.
Not diamonds,rubies or even stars so divine.
This Jewel cannot be bought with the finest of Gold
And cannot be traded for all the silver of old.
This Jewel can not be possessed or owned by any
The Craftsman's desire is that it is loved by many.
You may wonder what marvelous type of Jewel this could be
And how you could find one and be blessed like me.
This Jewel is called "God's Favor" and from His love with no end,
"God's Favor" is Jesus who I call "Best Friend".
