Dusseldorf Airport
Dusseldorf Airport is the third largest airport in Germany. In 2017 the airport handled 24 million passengers. On this airport you can see a lot of German companies like Air Berlin (till 2017), Lufthansa en Eurowings. Once a year we visit this airport to collect a lot of new airplanes.

D-ABNO Air Berlin -Airbus A 320
Air Berlin was the second largest airline in Germany. After years of losses, the airline ceased operation on 27 October 2017.
B-LRO Cathay Pacific Airways -Airbus A 350
Cathay Pacific Airways flew till the beginning of 2018 to Dusseldorf Airport with the new Airbus A 350. The flight is nowadays moved to Brussel Airport. In the background, you can see 9 airplanes for departure.
YR-TIB Air Bucharest -Boeing 737
Air Bucharest is a small airline from Romania, with only one aircraft.
LZ-LDC Bulgarian Air Charter -Douglas DC-9 82
This picture is made on top of the railway station. A beautiful place but unfortunately nowadays closed. A Douglas is a rare type on European Airports. The last Douglas DC-9 is produced in 2000. This aircraft is made in 1995. Bulgarian Air Charter still flies with 10 Douglas DC-9.
A6-BLJ Etihad Airways -Boeing 787-9
On takeoff the Boeing 787 (Dreamliner) of Etihad Airways. What a beautiful livery!
