Snow, on the old Lobster Trap
Now, my traps are all plastic coated wire traps.
Bit, back in the day, wooden traps, with hand woven, string netting, were the norm. Hand made, and often each design unique. Each fisherman made his own set, to his own specs. And, passed from generation to generation.
The last of the snows, melting, and the deck is almost clear. Just in time, rumor has it, some more snows coming later this week.
