This is a real photograph created with lights, motion and a single long exposure. No computer graphics or alterations. The spirogram, or physiogram, was created by swinging a light on a string hanging from the ceiling, the rest is lens bokeh from a modified Canon lens, in combination with camera rotations on a gimbal tripod head.
