Daydreaming itself is very dangerous

Daydreaming is the instantaneous state of disconnection of one's mind with the surrounding environment, where one's contact becomes blurred and partially replaced by visual fantasies, especially about pleasures, hopes or ambitions, and experienced in awake conditions.

There are many types of daydreaming, and there is no consistent definition among psychologists, however the characteristics often encountered in all daydreaming conditions are in accordance with mild dissociation criteria.
