I captured a contrail from it's birth and watched it grow into a beautiful streak across the sky.
I was lucky to capture it from the very beginning as I was going to take some photos of the sunset and saw a strange glow in the sky. I actually thought it was a meteor at first falling from the sky but then it began to go up and grow.
Most contrails are fairly bland, this one captured the sunset in its trail and left a spectacular coloured streak behind it.
