Capturing the smoke

We were burning some incense yesterday, we bought some on our Christmas shopping for bringing the Christmas “smell” . The sun came peaking around some clouds and a nice sunbeam came through the window hitting the smoke. As I had my camera out with the 70-300 lens I took some close-ups from a little distance. I love how the curling of the smoke is caught in some of the shots.
Hope you enjoy these shots.

A very peaceful shot to start the post with. Love the sharp lines in the smoke on this on.

Looks a bit like a smoking long leg of some kind of creepy crawling animal (with some (or a lot) of imagination).

So that's it with the smoke shots. For now back to editing the backlog for some more larger posts.

Have an amazing day!
