Photography as the witness of God's art

Hi there photography lovers, just like you, I also love capturing moments that helps us appreciate the beauty of everyday life. It’s just amazing how photography can capture just a split second of something beautiful, may it be people, occasions, events, and oh, nature, I love nature. Most of the pictures I have taken and love taking is nature. I love the color combinations that the nature gives us. It changes everyday, from blue sky on Monday, to gray sky on Tuesday, on Wednesday it’s full of fluffy clouds, then here comes the rainbow on Thursday, and on Friday, it gives us a beautiful pastel color sky. God creates the beauty and our photography is the witness.

These was taken when I hiked to different mountains here in Benguet. When I hike, I make sure that I catch up with the sunset or sunrise. The feeling is so surreal when you're at the top of the mountain while watching the setting or rising of sun with the incredible ombre color of sky.

This is the moment when the sun beautifully glimmers through the trees. A relaxing vibe where you can sit under the tree and let the rays of the sun glimmers through your face while meditating. Put your earphones on, listen to instrumental music (I recommend Hillsong worship song) bring out your journal notebook and start writing what are the things that you’re grateful for.

During my free time, I love peeking through my gallery because it allows me to look back on fond memories. Upon seeing the mountain photographs in my gallery, it always feels like the mountains are calling me again. That I needed to hike again. I consider it my home because it is where I can ponder well, with the sound of the peaceful wind and the gentle swishing sound of the tall grass.

It’s amazing how nature helps us grow emotionally and mentally. The creation of God, which is until now untouched by the modern development, can help us heal from the agony that we have received from the world/society. Though sometimes, you don’t have time to visit the nature because of the busy schedule of work, school, and other errands, photography helps to take you back from the moment that you felt at peace and alive.
