I published the following on my almost orphaned Facebook for a short time. With almost 4600 friends and more than a thousand followers and may 20 responses later, I chose to archive it. I will leave it here. You may find some delight in my attempt at veiled langurage.

Some of you may be wondering why I have not been around these parts. Lamentably, some of you do not and may be thinking good riddance to bad rubbish. I mean of those I will be allowed into the purview of ... you may be thinking she was a spreader of fantastic fables and all other sorts of little fibs.

She'd lost her mind and fell in with a bad sort. She is selfish and simple. If this is still your way of thinking, I have empathy, because you are still under the grip of a noxious marketing campaign and will likely continue on a very dangerous path for you and your family.

I am avoiding certain terms in attempt that maybe a few more of you may see this. Uncle Mark and his Brother Joe, Brother Justin, are very careful about what the prodigal are allowed to say in mass social venues.

By the way. I did get it; it was very mild; honestly if it hadn't been for some slightly swollen tonsils and food tasting like my fork, I wouldn't even had known I had it, until the athletic nostrils began to run; that lasted exactly 2 and half days. I rested and of course stayed at home for two weeks. I passed nothing around and now I have the fabled full body response; that is around 15 times greater than what you obtained from following the advice of Faustus. It will last me years, if not a lifetime. I am now YOUR SHIELD, as are my other shield bearers, who withstood the social onslaught. I recognize it is not a perfect shield, but its many fold better that what you may be holding.

When you take care of your body, take care of nature, you can depend on them. It's wonderful. A balanced body and mind is your shield for all comers.

I know what some may be thinking, but I am not here to gloat. Because despite how some of you treated me ... I understand you were afraid and believed you were doing the right thing; their message was everywhere. I still love you. There is nothing to forgive; do not waste your time with apologies. I recognize how easily I could have gone the same Way a few years ago and chances are I would have done so just vehemently.

On the blue bird, which is a little less controlled by our Brothers, you will see that 'my kind' ... 'the other turned shield bearers' ... is trending; you'll find that we survived, and if you dig a little deeper, you may learn what negative (these words here should be omitted) efficacy is ... if you keep digging, and I mean read what those who are not connected to the Family and Firm say, but with LETTERS AFTER THEIR NAMES. ... look for those letters ... you will find all sorts of lamentable findings.

I'm sorry. I don't mean to deliver horrible predictions; I believe you can turn it around with healthy living. I believe in healing. I believe in you, but you cannot continue down their way. It will not heal you. They don't want to heal you; they want to keep groggy and govern you.

We are the same; I just had a deeper understanding of certain facets of our shared reality; I'm going to say it ... of science and the system that contains it; I already knew who told the fantastic fables and how to look at their numbers and spot the likely fibs. Then I waited for the truth to catch up and for others to spot the growing patterns, for more and more people to become courageous, to come to grips with what we are ALL facing, regardless of what foot lead with.

I work in metaphor; I don't work in lies.

I write this because knowing what I know, how could I not. WE ARE THE SAME. If I do not love you, I cannot love myself. I write this because I would hope someone would write for me. It is called the golden rule for a reason because it serves our binding truth.

I'll say it again ... WE ARE THE SAME.
