Hyperlapse Photography - Vienna

Motion timelapse or hyperlapse photography is a simple technique to create awesome motion shots or videos. Either by using a camera sliders or manually by using a tripod, the camera is moved a small distance between each shot that you take and after putting all the photos together and stabilizing them in post, you can create content that you wouldn't be able to produce with still photography or normal timelapse photography.

I made my first hyperlapse in the Belveder's garden in Vienna. I was using my tripod and moved the camera about 20 cm between each shot. I spent about one hour and took over 600 photos to create this short video of the Belvedere palace. It was a lot of work and very time consuming, but it was really worth it!

The second one was taken on top of the danube tower in Vienna. As the observation deck revolves, I didn't need to move the camera manually. I just put it on my tripod and took a photo every few seconds.
