I have been doing this government accountability thing for a few months now. When it comes to law enforcement it never ceases to amaze me how just recording them makes us a threat. One of the deputies tells me not to get any closer. I was on the sidewalk off of the road. I would ask...had I only been a pedestrian with no camera walking down the path would I have been told not to come any closer? I know its speculation but it does bring up a fair point. Watch my video and let me know what you think. Should I have been treated as a threat? Keep in mind I had a headlamp on that I aimed directly down on my camera so the deputy could see it was a camera since it was so dark. By the time he says anything it is clear I am just filming them.
