I took this picture on the highest mountain in middle German. It is named "Brocken" and 1.142 meters high. The Broken was marking the border between eastern and western Germany - belonging to the Russian occupation zone. I was born about 10 kilometers away from the Bocken, in a small town ("Wernigerode").

I habe dieses Bild auf dem Bocken, dem höchsten Berg Mitteldeutschlands aufgenommen. Der Brocken ist 1.142 Meter hoch und marktierte die Grenze zwischen der DDR und der BRD. Er gehörte zu russischen Besatzungszone. Ich wurde 10 Kilometer entfernt - in Wernigerode - geboren.
