In her series "The swimming pool", Deanna Templeton reflects on the interaction between water and humans, between the body and the liquid. Photographing the water high allows to capture its texture as well as the reflections of light on the skin. Freedom, harmony and elegance, in an intimate and delicate series, entirely realized in polaroid. Far from the clichés of the attractive body at the edge of a swimming pool, these photographs emit a subtle and bewitching atmosphere.
