Deer in the forest

photo

This summer I went to Lapland with my friends to pick cloudberries. It so happend that we placed our tent near a deer trail. Often a deer would show up from the forest, stand still and stare at us from a distance for a minute, then go around to return on the trail. This is as close as I was able to get to it with a 30mm pancake lens (APS-C sensor, the image is cropped to about 3/4 of the original size).
