Kungsparken in Gothenburg Sweden

I can’t believe it has been three years since I posted here last! I took a short break to concentrate on other things. I just blinked and here I am!

My last travel adventure was to Göteborg (Gothenburg) Sweden to visit my son and daughter-in-law in October/November last year. My private tour guide for the four weeks was my daughter-in-law’s mom from Ukraine, who knows that city like the back of her hand. She took me to visit places that as a mere tourist, I likely never would have visited. For example, on one occasion I had Alunch with Ukrainian refugees, and on another I visited the home of a refugee couple living on the island of Donsö. I also must have visited every second hand shop (thrift store) in the city!

As all my photos from that trip were photographed with my iPhone 13+ Pro, I am posting from my phone and keeping my fingers crossed that this will work!

The following photos were taken in Kungsparken, a beautiful park just minutes from my son’s apartment. My favorite walks in the city involved a walk through that park, which I did many times.

I’m hoping that this post qualifies for the #walkingwednesday tag, as I know I must have walked it on state park least one or two Wednesdays!
