After the photos from the shortlist of the Sony World Photography Awards 2015, here are today the finalists of the 12th Smithsonian Photo-Contest that have just been announced, with a selection of beautiful photographs. A competition that has gathered over 26 500 images across 6 categories: Natural World, Travel, People, Americana, Altered Images and Mobile.
