Greetings and welcome dear readers of this prestigious platform, the topic that corresponds to us in this opportunity is related to the initiative provided by the @talentos team and that allows us to identify and determine the perceptions that each one of us may have about ourselves.

In this sense, we must be aware that the act of loving ourselves starts from a fundamental balance of our being, which responds to the well-being that must exist at the emotional, spiritual, physical, religious, political and other levels, since these are the areas where society commonly moves and where we are affected positively or negatively throughout our lives.

Therefore, in order to be sure of how much we love ourselves we have to make an intrinsic review that starts from psychological foundations and the best way to do it is by entering the intimacy of our solitude, which is nothing more than a silent world and a mirror that does not lie, which reflects us what we really are.

So that loneliness is who shows us the truth of our being, and in many occasions that reality is totally different from the preception that society has about us, since we are perceived as a totally different person, a classic example is that we show ourselves to society as confident, proactive and leaders, however, in loneliness we realize that fears, adversities are overwhelming our life so that we can get us with an insecure personality but we have learned to project a different vision of us.

Therefore, it should be kept in mind that a person's personality and self-esteem develop over time, so the early stages are essential to reinforce and foster it.

Now, if we focus the above on our personal sphere and seek to answer the questions that the #Talent team asks us, we would be realizing that our perception of ourselves does not correspond to the opinion of other people.

Therefore, I would like to answer some questions behind the initiative:

1. How do you look at yourselves?

We must keep in mind that each of the aspects or questions we are going to ask ourselves below refers to personal information, however, in our eagerness to understand who we are, I would like to point out that Bernardo Madrid is a professional teacher, writer, family lover who has many defects and many weaknesses to correct.

I consider that I have achieved great things throughout my life, since the simple fact of building a valuable family based on values that allow the integral development of our children, makes me think and project myself as a person who has great contributions to share to our society.

However, I can not help but feel fears and concerns, which in the first instance respond to the economic stability of my family, specifically the future of my children, thinking about the few opportunities that our country shows us, insecurity invades me and often incites me to throw everything overboard, However, at that moment I realize the true being that is within me, which I have not allowed to come out completely because we must be aware and assume the reality of life that we have had to live and which we are seeking to transform so that it is much more suitable for us and for our loved ones.

2. Are you happy with the image in the mirror?

I believe that we all seek in some way a path that approaches perfection and which we are still far away, so that responding to this approach I dare to say that I still have much to live and experience, no doubt I feel comfortable with who I am and what I have achieved, But that does not imply that I do not want to go for more, so the image that I perceive of me at this moment of my life, is an image that I consider is still incomplete and I must continue fighting to cover each of the principles of a much more stable, healthy and ideal life for me and for my family.

At this point, I would dare to say that happiness is a decision and that if we are aware of it, we will find the way to secure that happiness in the small details and moments that life provides us, beyond the aspirations and projections that we may have in the future, in general terms I would dare to say that I am comfortable with what I am but I plan to continue fighting for my true success.

3. How do we think others see us?

I consider this question to be the most important of the topic, since being a professional man and a believer, in a certain way I have become a reference for our society, especially because I live in a small town where we all know each other and where everyone, from the youngest to the oldest, identifies with the type of person that we reflect.

Now, it would be worth asking ourselves if what we show to society and what they perceive, is what we really are and at this point as I have mentioned in the previous sections, we have many things to correct since in those moments of solitude and intimacy we realize that our fears invade us and in reality what we show is not what we really are.

4. How does your inner energy shine?

Wow, this is a strange approach to answer, I consider that my inner energy is somehow growing, which certainly has its ups and downs and it is determined by how we accept happiness in the little things and how we work on them to be better.

So for me, the simple fact of being able to see my children running, smiling and stopping the ability to give them their supplies, undoubtedly makes my life and my internal energy shine with great intensity, however, when I think about their future, the legacy I am leaving in them, the opportunities that this country is giving us, that is where in a certain way the insecurity invades my life and where my internal energy begins to run out, that is why I mentioned that this brightness is momentary and depends on the moment, space and time we are living.

Undoubtedly, each of the approaches that we have mentioned, allows us to reflect on the true person we are, the fact of being able to value our personality to accept and love ourselves, allows us to be a better person so that we can work on those qualities that in some way present weakness in our lives, because if we improve these aspects we will certainly become better people and with a projection of success throughout our existence.

Saludos y bienvenidos estimados lectores de esta prestigiosa plataforma, la temática que nos corresponde en esta oportunidad está relacionada con la iniciativa que nos proporciona el equipo de @talentos y que nos permite identificar y determinar las percepciones que podamos tener cada uno de nosotros sobre nuestra persona.

En este sentido, debemos estar conscientes que el acto de querernos a nosotros mismos parte de un equilibrio fundamental sobre nuestro ser, lo cual responde al bienestar que debe existir a nivel emocional, espiritual, físico, religioso, político, entre otros, ya que son esas áreas donde comúnmente se mueve la sociedad y donde nosotros somos afectados de forma positiva o negativa a lo largo de nuestra vida.

Por consiguiente, para poder estar seguro de cuánto nos queremos tenemos que hacernos una revisión intrínseca que parte de fundamentos psicológicos y la mejor forma para hacerlo, es entrando a la intimidad de nuestra soledad, el cual no es más que un mundo silencio y un espejo que no miente, el cual nos refleja lo que verdaderamente somos.

De manera que la soledad es quien nos demuestra la verdad de nuestro ser, y en muchas ocasiones esa realidad es totalmente diferentes a la percepción que la sociedad tiene sobre nosotros, ya que nos perciben como una persona totalmente diferente, un ejemplo clásico es que nos mostramos a la sociedad como personas seguras, pro-activa y líderes, sin embargo, en la soledad nos damos cuenta que los temores, las adversidades están abrumado nuestra vida de manera que nos podemos conseguir con una personalidad insegura pero que hemos aprendido a proyectar una visión diferentes de nosotros.

Por consiguiente, es preciso tener en cuenta que la personalidad y la autoestima de una persona se van desarrollando con el tiempo, por lo cual las etapas iniciales son fundamentales para reforzar y fomentar la misma.

Ahora de bien, sí centramos lo anteriormente expuesto a nuestro ámbito personal y buscamos responder los planteamientos que nos hace el equipo de #Talentos, estaríamos dándonos cuenta que nuestra percepción acerca de nosotros mismos no sé corresponde con la opinión de otra personas.

Por consiguiente, me gustaría responder algunos cuestionamientos detrás de la iniciativa:

1. ¿Cómo se miran a ustedes mismos?

Debemos tener en cuenta que cada uno de los aspectos o interrogantes que vamos a plantearnos a continuación, hace referencia a una información personal, sin embargo, en nuestra afán de comprender quiénes somos, me atrevería a destacar que Bernardo Madrid, es un profesional de la docencia, escritor, amante de la familia que tiene muchos defectos y muchas debilidades por corregir.

Considero, he logrado grandes cosas a lo largo de mi vida ya que el simple hecho de construir una valiosa familia fundamentada en valores que permitan el desarrollo integral de nuestros hijos, me hace pensar y proyectarme como una persona que tiene grandes aportes por compartir a nuestra sociedad.

Sin embargo, no puedo dejar de sentir miedos y preocupaciones, los cuales en primera instancia responden a la estabilidad económica de mi familia, específicamente al futuro de mis hijos, al pensar en las pocas oportunidades que nos demuestra nuestros país, la inseguridad me invade y en muchas ocasiones me incitan a tirar todo por la borda, sin embargo, en ese momento me doy cuenta del verdadero ser que está dentro de mí, el cual no he permitido que salga por completo ya que debemos estar consciente y asumir la realidad de vida que nos ha tocado vivir y la cual estamos buscando transformar de manera que sea mucho más idónea para nosotros y para nuestros seres queridos.

2. ¿Se siente feliz con la imagen en el espejo?

Considero que todos buscamos de cierta forma un camino que se acerque a la perfección y de la cual aún estamos muy lejos, de manera que respondiendo a este planteamiento me atrevo a decir que aún me falta mucho por vivir y experimentar, sin duda me siento cómodo con lo que soy y con lo que he logrado, pero eso no implica que no quiera ir por más, así que la imagen que percibo de mí en este momento de mi vida, es una imagen considero aún está incompleta y debo seguir luchando para cubrir cada uno de los principios de una vida mucho más estable sana e idónea tanto para mí como para mi familia.

En este punto, me atrevería decir que la felicidad es una decisión y que si nosotros somos conscientes de ello, vamos a encontrar la forma de afianzar esa felicidad en los pequeños detalles y momentos que nos proporciona la vida, más allá de las aspiraciones y proyecciones que podamos tener a futuro, en líneas generales me atrevería a decir que me siento cómodo con lo que soy pero me proyecto a seguir luchando por mí éxito verdadero.

3. ¿Cómo pensamos nos ven los demás?

Esta interrogante considero la más argüida de la temática, ya que por ser un hombre profesional y de familia creyente, de cierta manera me he convertido en un referente para nuestra sociedad y más porque habitó en un pequeño pueblo donde todos nos conocemos y dónde desde el más joven hasta el más anciano se identifica por el tipo de persona que reflejamos.

Ahora bien, valdría la pena preguntarnos si lo que demostramos a la sociedad y lo que ellos perciben, es lo que realmente somos y en este punto como he mencionado en los apartados previos, tenemos muchas cosas que corregir ya que en esos momentos de soledad e intimidad nos damos cuenta que nuestros temores nos invaden y en realidad lo que mostramos no es lo que verdaderamente somos.

4. ¿Cómo brilla su energía interior?

Wow, este es un planteamiento como que extraño de responder, considero que mi energía interior de cierta forma es creciente, la cual sin duda posee sus altos y bajos y la misma está determinada en cómo aceptamos la felicidad en las pequeñas cosas y como trabajamos en función de estas para ser mejores.

De manera que para mí, con el simple hecho de poder ver a mis hijos correr, sonreír y detener la capacidad de darle sus provisiones, sin duda hace que mi vida y mi energía interna brille con gran intensidad, sin embargo, cuando pienso en su futuro, en el legado que estoy dejando en ellos, en las oportunidades que nos está brindando este país, es allí donde de cierta manera la inseguridad invade mi vida y donde mi energía interna empieza como agotarse, es por ello que mencionó que ese brillo es momentáneo y depende del momento espacio y tiempo que estemos viviendo.

Sin duda, a cada uno de los planteamientos que hemos hecho mención, nos permite reflexionar acerca de la verdadera persona que somos, el hecho de poder valorar nuestra personalidad de aceptarnos y querernos, nos permite ser una mejor persona de manera que podemos trabajar en esas cualidades que de cierta manera presentan debilidad en nuestras vidas, ya que si mejoramos estos aspectos sin duda lograremos ser mejores personas y con una proyección de éxito a lo largo de nuestra existencia.
