Freedom and captivity of rural life.

Sometimes it is useful to convince yourself of something and sometimes it is useful to give yourself some arguments that can destroy excessive euphoria and show me the realities of the aspect on which I have placed a big bet.

So, in my thoughts about moving from the city to the village I want to be guided by a sober mind because this is an important step after which it is very difficult to take a step to the side or return back to the city.

And I do not want to run between the village and the city like a water strider on the surface of the water I need to think everything through all the pros and cons.

This is important because sometimes what seems like freedom can become captivity and what seems like captivity can be real freedom in its purest form.

It is not without reason that I have posted here a photo of a horse with two front legs tied it is limited in its ability to move but not completely this is something that you will have to come to terms with when moving to the countryside.

Beautiful nature, clean air, the opportunity to collect gifts of nature wild so grown with your own hands breeding domestic animals and birds.... wait more about this.

If today you can learn methods of poultry farming that allow a person who wants to go on vacation to leave for a month for example, then keeping cattle is something that will tie me to the village and will not allow me to do anything else because a cow needs to be milked three times a day and without this, you will torture the poor animal.

To this you can add a huge list of those animals that cannot cope without the daily presence of a person who must feed them and clean up the manure after them so that the ammonia fumes do not kill the animals.

This is what can be called direct captivity if a person expects some kind of indulgence from the village but if you know these risks and you are confident in your abilities then this is not captivity but freedom!

Also, for people who are accustomed to urban comfort it may seem like captivity that the products in rural stores are not particularly fresh as a rule new goods are brought in when the previous goods have already been sold lol.

You will have to look out for a truck on the road that brings goods to the store and run there to have time to make purchases.

And there is no need to talk about the removal of garbage which we are used to taking out to the garbage containers this will be a problem for a city dweller which will fall on his shoulders like a captivity.

But everyone decides for himself what freedom is for him and what captivity is for him.
