What is an insect? Insects are the most dominant animals among other species of animals in Arthropod phyla. Therefore insects are included in larger groups of animals in Arthropod phyla or extravagant animals.
Insects belong to the class of insects subfilum Uniramia which are subdivided into 29 orders, including Diptera eg flies, Coleoptera eg beetles, Hymenoptera eg ants, bees, and beats, and Lepidoptera eg butterflies and moths . The Apterigota group consists of four orders because all of the adult insects have no wings, and the other 25 orders belong to the Pterigota group because they have wings.
Insects are extinct animals with a very high adaptation rate. The size of insects is relatively small and first successful in colonizing the earth.
