While we were in Cripple Creek, we went sunset hunting up to a place called Mount Pisgah. Looking up the mountain/large hill, there was a road that was going all the way around it, and it looked like we could take it and finish up around with a gorgeous overlook and the sunset. Unfortunately, there were a number of private property signs once we drove up there, so we started going back down disappointed. On our way back down, I noticed this barn overlooking its kingdom, and I knew I wanted to quick stop the car and grab a shot before we hunted somewhere else. This ended up being one of my personal faves from the trip.
