I guess that's Obama and he's holding a frying pan in one hand and a fork in the other, so I guess he is running after the goose! Surely there must be an interesting story behind this bizarre photo! The little girl looks terrified! Is she afraid of the duck, or the man, who looks just like Obama? Is HE running after HER?
