Shashi Lodge - Mymensingh

At the end of the nineteenth century Suryakanta Acharya Chowdhury, the zamindar of Muktagachha, built this beautiful second house. The king was silent. He named it 'Shashi Lodge' by the name of his adopted son, Shashikantan Acharya Choudhury.IMG_20180818_001130.jpg

In 1897 the palace was damaged in an earthquake. Later, Shashikant Acharya Choudhury rebuilt the house.

There is a beautiful garden in front of the Shishilajumar building. In the middle of the garden is the white fountain. The center of Venus, a great Greek goddess, is in between.

There are 9 acres of land standing here with these Shayshishas. The main entrance of the building consists of 16 dome.

The best of the two-bedroom bathroom, the ghat and the pond. Marble stones in the pond gorge While sitting here, the queen watched the ducks playing in the pond next to the pond.
