Take a moment to think about this. Are we created by the nurture of society and culture? Is it a genetic trait?
Have a look at the most confident people around you. Are they full of self worth? Who knows. CONFIDENCE is a mask, a facade that people use to show their public that they are in control of the given situation.
Confidence is a skill to have. It may come easy to people with high self worth as it will just flow from a belief that they believe in themselves.
With little self value, however, that is a hard skill to mask.
But where does self worth come from? At one point I lost self worth from an abusive relationship, another from postnatal depression (a chemical imbalance) and various other points in my life left me with little self worth.
But I have always had a lot of confidence...
Any thoughts?
