DOMINATE YOUR FEAR

Everyone ON PLANET EARTH experiences FEAR at some point in their LIFE. Being SCARED is a natural response that occurs when we are faced with a perceived THREAT. While FEAR is a natural emotion, how you react in the FACE OF FEAR can either IGNITE success or DESTROY it.

GETTING DOMINATED BY FEAR
This is the TYPICAL response to FEAR because it is so EASY to STOP progressing when things get HARD. Well, I hate to break it to you, but GOOD THINGS DON’T COME EASY. It is EXTREMELY HARD to be a successful person AND avoid challenges. If you are NOT WILLING to do what is UNCOMFORTABLE now IN ORDER to achieve your goals then YOU WILL NEVER OBTAIN THEM. PERIOD.

HOW TO DOINATE FEAR
In order to be SUCCESSFUL in the face of FEAR you need to first RECOGNIZE that it is there. Try to UNDERSTAND WHAT EXACTLYyou are fearful OF and repeat them out loud. By VERBALISING your fears it is easier to DETERMINE if your fear is a legitimate concern or if it sounds RIDICULOUS (more than half the time they are ridiculous). And EVEN IF the situation of which you fear DOES OCCUR just know (unless you are about to die) it can ALWAYS be worse. Having the ability to SEE THE BIG PICTURE will HELP you PRIORITIZE the present threat PROPORTIONALLY. The SUCCESSFUL person must be able to OVERCOME in order to THRIVE.

Life is a game of STATISTICS. What is the PROBABILITY that your fear will come true? In most situations chances are that what your fear WILL NOT EVEN OCCUR. If your FEARS have a HIGH probability of occurring then make appropriate preparations to prevent them. If your FEARShave a low probability of occurring then DON’T SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF MAAAANNNNNNN!.
