Recently, I managed to talk to a friend who lives in New Zealand and in the middle of a conversation where we were discussing investment issues, he said a few words that made me think about time.
I will quote my friend.
At this very moment we are talking, I am in the future, and you are in the present.
He is absolutely right about time, but the more important role is the world itself and how it revolves on its own axis around the sun, because I say this, well, after reflecting on what we talked about and after discerning everything in our conversations, I started thinking about those words.
My reasoning is the following, I think I am going to philosophize a little with what I am going to write, time, that plays a great role in our lives, but that time is limited and at the same time it expands, but it also travels places, while where I am at a specific time, in another place of the world is another different time and precisely that difference is made by that rotation of the planet on its own axis but around the sun.
When the planet rotates on its axis, the sun is illuminated in one part of the planet and another part is simply in darkness, with different hours that have already passed for others and the hour that is about to pass for me.
When my friend mentioned that he is in the future he said it because, precisely, there is a time difference of 16 hours between Venezuela and New Zealand, while I was talking to him, in Venezuela it was 4 pm. And in New Zealand it was 8 am the next day with respect to Venezuela, in short in Venezuela it is Sunday, July 30, while in New Zealand it is Monday, July 31.
Many times I have read about how time is in a linear way that can be crossed, but in the end time is marked by a rotating movement where day and night are part of that timeline that crosses between the sun and the night and the distances that can separate us in the same world.
I compare it to a long and straight avenue where cars can go in two directions but have the possibility of taking other directions.
Yo estoy en el futuro, tú estás en el presente.
Recientemente, logre habla con un amigo que vive un New Zealand en medio de la conversación donde estábamos tratando unos temas referentes a las inversiones, él me dijo unas palabras que me hicieron pensar, en el tiempo.
Citaré, a mi amigo.
Lanz en este mismo momento que estamos hablando, yo estoy en el futuro y tú estás en el presente.
Tiene toda la razón con respecto al tiempo, pero el papel más importante es el propio mundo y de como él gira sobre su propio eje alrededor del sol, porque digo esto, pues, después de reflexionar en lo que hablamos y después de discernir todo en nuestras conversaciones, me puse a pensar en esas palabras.
Mi razonamiento es el siguiente, creo que voy a filosofar un poco con lo que voy a escribir, el tiempo, ese que juega un gran papel en nuestras vidas, pero ese tiempo está limitado y a la vez se expande, pero también recorre lugares, mientras donde yo estoy a una hora específica, en otro lugar del mundo es otra hora diferente y precisamente esa diferencia lo hace esa rotación del planeta en su mismo eje pero alrededor del sol.
Cuando el planeta gira en su eje, el sol está iluminado una parte del planeta y otra parte simplemente está a oscuras con diferentes horas que ya han transcurrido para otros y la hora que está por transcurrir para mí.
Cuando mi amigo menciono de que él está en el futuro lo dijo porque, precisamente, hay una diferencia horaria de 16 horas entre Venezuela y New Zealand, mientras hablaba con él, en Venezuela eran las 4 Pm. Y en new Zelanda eran las 8 am del día siguiente con respecto a Venezuela., en pocas palabras en Venezuela es domingo 30 de julio, mientas que en New Zealand es lunes 31 de julio.
Muchas veces he leído de como el tiempo es de una manera lineal que se puede cruzar, pero al final el tiempo lo marca un movimiento giratorio donde el día y la noche son parte de esa línea del tiempo que se cruza entre el sol y la noche y las distancias que nos pueden separar en un mismo mundo.
Lo comparo con una avenida larga y recta donde los autos pueden ir en dos sentidos, pero tienen la posibilidad de tomar otras direcciones.
