Our homemade SPICY CRABs

SUNDAY is FAMILY DAY.....
So, my wife, #annaskitchen as i call in my fb posts, is busy.. This time having this version of her SPICY CRAB.

Mixing the hoisin sauce, chili paste or chili hot tomato sauce, some ketchup, and soy sauce; then add 1/4 cup of water to thin it.
Over high heat, pour the oil into a wok and add the gjnger, garlic, chile to spice up, sesame oil and cook for at least a minute.. Add the CRABs and stir fry for another minute.

Try this dish and sure, this will leave you eating plenty of rice with a delictable taste on your soft sticky fingers...
