Halo-halo is something the Filipinos love to eat during the summer. It's a tasty treat made of variety of stuff like nata de coco, sweetened banana, gello, langka, grated coconut, etc., and topped with shaved ice. Others also add ube, leche flan and icecream. In this, there's cheese. Then you mix everything and that's how they named it. You mix/halo it, making it halo-halo.
