Commemorating YOLANDA in Tacloban last October, President Duterte upon learning that a lot of the local people are still living in the danger areas, he promised them their own homes by December.
In their facebook page, pictures came out yesterday showing the locals entering their homes for the first time.
It didnt specify how many families have been given their homes nor how many houses are targetted still to be built before this year ends.
