The Importance of Banana (Saging)

hello everyone..its me again @benotbuday. I just want to share this photo that i captured earlier today.. Its all about banana, the visayan term for this fruit is "saging".I took a picture of this fruit because it contain many nutrients that are good to our health.
Banana can help moderate blood sugar levels specially after meals. They also reduce appetite by slowing stomach emptying. If you have a problem about your wieght, banana is good for you because it can help you lossing wieght, because bananas are low in calories but high in nutrients and fiber. Bananas also containa two nutrients that are essential for heart health, bananas are good dietary source of potassium and magnesium, Some people says that eating a banana several times a week may reduce the risk of kidney disease..
