_**Happy Friday,**_ _This day is undoubtedly blessing day throughout the morning to evening where we get a lot of blessings from ALLAH and in return we offer prayer to thank Him. Also, we liked to clean the entire house very well than regular days. We also cook yummy food to feed our tummies. Its like a Holiday to celebrate and this is why we don't have to wait for a weekend to enjoy._ I came here to share the simplest quick fix especially it comes in handy when you are craving for yummy food items but you have no intention to cook in hurry. This is why I always opt for this option which is known as **Anda Shami Burger**. It can be prepared in no time because it is made of already prepared Shami kababs. # Anda Shami Burger

Anda Shami Burger is a quick fix when you are in hurry or when you do not want to cook anything for yourself. In this situation, your mind will push you towards this option which can be prepared with pre-made items and raw material. If you have this type of burger then go ahead and make one for yourself.

**Let's get started with recipe:**

## ⚡️ Ingredients:
|Name|Quantity| | |-|-|-| |Burgers | 2PC | |Eggs | 2PC | |Shami Kabab| 4PC | |Cucumber | 1PC| |Onion| 1PC | |Cabbage| 1/4cup | |Ketchup & Mayonnaise | as needed |

## Method:
1. First off, cut the raw veggies including cucumber, onion, and cabbage. I cut the onion and cucumber into slices and shredded the cabbage too. Now set aside. 2. Take out frozen shami kabab from the freezer and and coat them into egg and shallow fry on the fry pan. 3. Now whisk 2 eggs in a bowl very well so it came out fluffy when you fry. I used non-stick pan to fry the eggs in one go. 4. Cut into half both burgers and dry toast them on the fry pan 5. Now everything is prepared so start assembling 6. Start layering the burger. I used ketchup on bottom of the burger and spread all over with the help of spatula. 7. In the second layer, spread 2 pieces of shami kababs, then layer with fried egg 8. Layer with mayonnaise and put all the raw veggies on top of it and put the second layer of burger and enjoy as it is.
